VANCOUVER -- The Vancouver USA Singers will open their 2004-05 season by performing "With a Song in Our Hearts," a cabaret-style program featuring music by Rodgers and Hart. Opening night is 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, at Roosevelt Elementary School, 2921 Falk Road.

Selections to be showcased include "Blue Moon," "My Funny Valentine," "Manhattan," "Falling in Love" and a piano version of "Slaughter on Tenth Avenue."

Performances continue Saturday, Oct. 23, at 3 and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 24, with a matinee at 3 p.m. All performances will be held at Roosevelt Elementary School.

Tickets, $13, are available at Beacock's Music or Music World in Vancouver, and at Music World in Battle Ground.
